2. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched from our Denver warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-15 business days for international orders to arrive.
3. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
4. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please initiate your return by contacting us at mailto:payment@gaddmode.net.
5. How do I know which size ring or bracelet to choose? We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. For rings, we recommend measuring your finger using a ring sizer or a piece of string. For bracelets, measure your wrist circumference and add 0.5 inches for a comfortable fit.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at mailto:payment@gaddmode.net. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.”

8. My jewelry is tarnishing. How should I care for it? To maintain the luster of your GADD MODE pieces:

Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the anti-tarnish pouch provided.
Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
9. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
