Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be free of scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
Have all original packaging and hygiene stickers intact.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be accepted for return:
Pierced Earrings: Due to health and safety regulations.
Beauty & Cosmetic Products: If opened or used.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are considered final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Pack Securely: Place the item in its original box, then in a protective outer package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges due to stock fluctuations. We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired size or style.
